WHOS READY?!?! I am
I am so ready for summer to be here, even though I will be taking classes during the summer I have a good feeling that everything that hasn't been going so well will get better in the summer. There's something about sitting next to a pool with the hot sun upon my skin that screams happiness : ). New experiences and new adventure. I'm getting that spring fever that you hear everyone talking about. Maybe because I was born in the spring, who knows. All I know is that spring is coming and i'm excited!!
lets see...
When I was in high school I was in the Advanced Choir. I saw that as my stress reliever because I would just focus all my energy and stress into singing. It really helped me because I had fun and loved going to that class. Now that i'm in college I started going to jazzercise with my friend. It is so much fun to go and destress, and i'm getting a great workout aswell. who knew college was going to be so different. My first semester at IUS was'nt to harsh, but now since i'm taking Anatomy (which is only the begginning for my field) it's been kicking me in the BUTT. This class has to be the most overwhelming class i've ever taken in my life. It's really making me challenge myself and ask myself everyday if I really want to be a nurse. If I didn't have some sort of stress reliever at this point I would probably go nuts. I just have to keep telling myself to live week by week so I dont get to ovedrwhelmed. So anyone who reads this, I challenge you to find something that can be your stress reliever. Even if your not in college or anywhre near being at my level, there is still way to mush stress that we put on our selves on a day to day basis. YOU will live a happier life if you have something that you can do to relieve yourself of them.
